The CEC received yesterday; Saturday, a letter from the Islamic Resistance Movement – Hamas about its position on the Local Elections, that is scheduled for the 26th of March. 

The CEC announced today (Sunday) its endorsement of the final Elections results happening on 11/12/2021 for the (First Phase) of the 2021 Local Elections. The latter came after the legal period of objections ended before the Elections court. 
 

The CEC received today (Thursday), the Minister of Local Government’s decision regarding the addition of localities that did not have Elections in the (First phase) to the (Second Phase) of the Local Elections where polling is scheduled for 26/03/2022.
 

The CEC announced today, the legal calendar and timeframes for the (Second Phase) of the Local Elections, according to the Palestinian cabinet’s decision, issued on 27/09/2021. Upon which; polling is scheduled for 26/03/2021 in 66 localities in the West Bank and Gaza. 25 of which are in the Gaza strip.
