Local Elections 2017

A cabinet decision was issued on 31 January 2017 calling for local elections to be held on 13 May 2017 in all localities of the West Bank and Gaza Strip. However, local elections were held only in 326 localities of the West Bank out of 391 localities. The Cabinet issued a subsequent decision by which complementary elections were held on 29 July 2017 in 32  West Bank localities.
