The CEC implements various projects during elections as well as off-election; these projects target different segments of the society aiming to raise electoral awareness especially among the youth, women, and Persons with Disabilities (PWD), and encourage them to actively participate in any future elections. In order to achieve these goals, CEC cooperates with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), Palestinian Universities, and the Ministry of Education (MoE).

On the other hand, CEC also implements capacity-building projects for its staff and infrastructure to maintain their readiness for any upcoming elections.
