The Elections Court adjudicated on an appeal submitted against the CEC’s decision regarding the Registration, Exhibition and Challenge period for the “Second Phase” of the Local Elections. 

CEC chairman Dr. Hanna Nasir met today; Tuesday with the British Consul General; Ms. Diane Corner. Deputy CEO Mr. Ashraf Shuaibi was also present. As well as Ms. Daisy Organ; head of the Political Team in the British Consulate.

The Central Elections Commission completed today; Sunday, the examination of 25 submitted objections on the preliminary Voter’s Registry for the Registration, Exhibition and Challenge period during the (second phase) of the Local Elections.

The Central Elections Commission announced today, Wednesday; the end of the Registration Exhibition and Challenge period for the (Second Phase) of the Local Elections. Which launched last Saturday.
