2017 Local Elections -Media Center

Stemming from the CEC’s belief in the importance of the role of the media in providing accurate media coverage to the electoral process and observatory role, the CEC will operate a media center from 11-14 May at the Gloria hall, Al-Istiqlal Park in Al-Bireh.

The center offers the following services:

1. Elections conferences for major electoral events.

2. Official press releases and statements.

3. Regular reports and up to date information on the progress of polling in all localities.
4. A studio for holding of TV interviews.

5. Spots for journalists to present their recorded and live reports.

6. Interviews with CEC officials.
7. Fiber internet to enable live streaming.

8. Camera stands for photographers and journalists inside the hall in addition to parking facilities.
