The Central Elections Commission (CEC) issued the report of the re-run local elections which was conducted on 22 September in 5 localities in the context of documenting the electoral process and in line with CEC principles of transparency, professionalism and integrity.
The five-chapter report covers all aspects of the electoral process from voter registration until announcing of results. The report also included legal annexes in support of the report’s content such as Cabinet’s decision on elections, list of localities, elections calendar, list of registration centers, and list of new registrants, nomination capacities and electoral objections and appeals.
The report has been published at CEC’s website. Hard copies will be published and distributed soon to governmental and non-governmental organizations and localities councils.
