The CEC announced today, the legal calendar and timeframes for the (Second Phase) of the Local Elections, according to the Palestinian cabinet’s decision, issued on 27/09/2021. Upon which; polling is scheduled for 26/03/2021 in 66 localities in the West Bank and Gaza. 25 of which are in the Gaza strip. 
 

CEC Chairman Dr. Hanna Nasir announced today, the results for the (First Phase) of the 2021 Local Elections. Which took place in 154 localities in the West Bank. The Results included the number of votes and seats obtained by each list, as well as the names of the winners. 
 

The Central Elections Commission announced that voting for the 2021 Local Elections ended at 7:00 pm today as scheduled, and only voters who were still inside polling centers were permitted to vote after the specified time. 

The Central Election Commission announced that the voter turnout for the “first phase” of the 2021 Local Elections reached 46.73% up until 4:00 pm.
