CEC Chairman meets with the Finnish Ambassador to the State of Palestine

CEC Chairman Dr. Hanna Nasir and CEO Hisham Kuhail met today with the Finnish Ambassador to the State of Palestine, Ms. Paivi Peltokoski and Deputy Ambassador Ms. Elina Eloranta, at the CEC headquarters in Al-Bireh.
Dr. Nasir briefed the guests on CEC’s latest preparations for upcoming elections once called. He also valued the role of the EU in supporting democracy and elections in Palestine, expressing hope that the ongoing discussions would result in facilitating the holding of general elections.
