Cabinet Resolution No. (16/53/14/C.M/S.F) of 2013

Postponement of Elections in the Southern Governorates

 

Based on the powers vested in us by law, the endorsement of the Minister of Local Government, and for the sake of public interest,

After reviewing the following:

The Amended Basic Law of 2003, and its further amendments;

Local Authorities Law No. (1) of 1997, and its further amendments;

 

The Cabinet, in its session held on April 16, 2013 in the city of Ramallah, hereby decided the following:

 

Article (1)

Changing the name of Beit Nuba Village Council to become (‘Hay Al-Karamah Village Council).

Article (2)

All competent authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall implement the provisions of this resolution. The resolution shall enter into force upon its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.

 

Issued in the city of Ramallah on April 16, 2013.
