The Chairman of the Central Elections Commission (CEC), Dr. Hanna Nasir, delivered today the report of the 2021 Local Elections to Prime Minister, Dr. Mohammad Ishtayeh.
During their meeting in the government’s headquarters, Dr. Nasir briefed the prime minister on the details of the commission’s work in the local elections, which took place in two phases in the West Bank. He also praised the cooperation of partner ministries to complete the Electoral Process, expressing his hope to complete the process in Gaza Strip as well.
On his part, Dr. Ishtayeh praised the efforts of the commission, its staff and those in charge, to carry out the local elections with transparency and credibility.
