Tubas – The Central Elections Commission (CEC) mentioned that Israeli settlers have obstructed, today in the morning, the work of its mobile staff blocking their access to the registration center of Khirbet Yarza – 7km East of Tubas. Such has hindered the provision of registration and data-update services to the citizens of this community.
The CEC emphasized that such measures have prevented opening the center to citizens, which harms the right of citizens to registration and participation in the electoral process. The CEC is following-up with the relevant authorities to guarantee its teams’ ability to perform their tasks.
