The Central Elections Commission (CEC) concluded today, Tuesday, a training tailored to the new staff of District Electoral Offices, who will be working during the fifth local elections scheduled for April 25, 2026.
Two training workshops were conducted at the CEC’s HQ in Al-Bireh, with the participation of 90 new employees from all WB governorates. The sessions addressed the new local elections law, detailing CEC’s work during the first stage of the electoral process, being voter registration.
Moreover, participants were informed on the details of the work of the CEC various departments at headquarters, as well as the role of district offices in the upcoming months, while focusing on voter registration, which will commence at the premises of all local authorities during the period January 20-24, 2026.
