The Central Elections Commission (CEC) hosted a specialized training in Artificial Intelligence (AI) over 6 sessions, with the aim of developing the capacities and knowledge of its staff in AI concept and tools that can serve their daily work.
Approximately 15 employees from the PR and IT departments participated in the training held at the CEC HQ in Al-Bireh. The training tackled the concept of AI and its tools used for research, visual and audio content generation, in addition to validating news, monitoring rumors, production and operation of ChatBot and AI agents.
It is worth mentioning that the training is part of the project funded by the UNDP, which aims to enhance the technical capacities of CEC staff. Moreover, the training is in line with the CEC's strategic plan in terms of capacity building and orientation towards technological solutions.
