The Central Elections Commission (CEC) held a meeting at the CEC Regional Office in Gaza today with representatives of 14 Palestinian political parties to brief them on the procedures for list nominations in the upcoming legislative elections.
The CEC reviewed the nomination forms and required enclosures, as well as the conditions for legislative council membership with the participating representatives, and responded to all inquiries regarding this important stage of the electoral process.
The CEC stated that nominations for the legislative elections will be accepted for a period of 12 days, running from March 20-31.
