Security forces will be voting on Election Day

After coordination with the Ministry of Interior, the CEC decided that there will not be a special day for the polling of security forces in the complementary local elections to be held on 22 December 2012.
The early polling for security forces is usually a procedure taken to ensure the security of the electoral process. However, since complementary elections are not a major process, therefore early polling is not necessary.
The CEC will be operating 59 polling centers and 129 polling stations in the 24 localities where the upcoming complementary elections will be held.
