Based on the powers bestowed upon me and the public interest,

I hereby decree the following:

1. Article (1)

   Folowing the resignation of the previous commission, the Central Elections Commission shall be comprised of the following:

   1. Dr. Hanna Nasir as president of the Commission
   2. Dr. Rami Hamdallah as Secretary General of the Commission.
   3. Dr. Mohammad Shubair as member
   4. Ms. Lamis Al-Alami as member
   5. Judge Abdallah Gazlan as member
   6. Judge Mazin Sisalem as member
   7. Judge As'ad Moubarak as member
   8. Judge Ishac Muhanna as member
   9. Judge Iman Nasser Eddin as member
2. Article (2)

   All competent authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall implement this Decree. The Decree shall enter into force upon its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
