The CEC Chairman, Dr. Hanna Nassir, and the CEO Mr. Hisham Kuhail, met on Tuesday with the Elections Reform and Support Group (E-RSG) at the CEC Headquarters in Ramallah within the CECzzz*zs periodical meetings with the donors.
Dr. Nassir introduced Mr. Kuhail to the (E-RSG) and updated them with the latest news on the fifth round of local elections after the CEC became responsible for holding local elections as well as Presidential and Legislative elections.
The meeting discussed several issues such as the periodic update of the voters list, the CECzzz*zs activities in the current period, its structure, future strategies and plans as well as the CECzzz*zs financial position.
On his part, Dr. Nassir expressed The CECzzz*zs appreciation to the role of the donors in supporting the CEC in the past and encouraged them to continue in their support for the CEC and its future projects. He also acquainted them with CECzzz*zs financial needs necessary to carry out its developmental plans.
