Today, the CEC held a regular ordinary session headed by the CEC Chairman, Dr. Hanna Nassir and in the presence of the Secretary General, Dr. Rami Al- Hamdullah and the CEO, Mr. Hisham Kuhail in Ramallah and Gaza through video conference. The meeting discussed several issues regarding the voterszzz*z list and the CECzzz*zs future work strategy.
In the meeting, the CEC agreed on the necessity of annual updating of the voterszzz*z list and authorized the Executive administration with setting up a comprehensive conception on the updating date and the necessary budgets. The CEC also approved the future strategy for its work based on the proposals and conceptions prepared by the CEO. Moreover, the CEC discussed the draft bylaws regulating its work and referred them to the CECzzz*zs legal advisor for opinion before deciding upon this issue on later sessions.
