CEC Chairman, Dr. Hanna Nasir, and CEO, Hisham Kuhail, met today with the Minister of Public Works and Housing, Dr. Mohammad Ziyara, at CEC premises in Al-Bireh to discuss the progress of the ongoing construction works of the CEC new headquarters.
Dr. Nasir welcomed the Minister’s visit and praised the joint cooperation and efforts of the Ministry towards the establishment of new headquarters. The meeting also discussed project’s future work plan.
In the same context, the Minister accompanied by Kuhail, visited the new building and assessed the progress made in the construction works. On his part, Mr. Ziyara thanked the CEC for its constant cooperation with the Ministry’s engineering and technical staff and project consultant.
It should be indicated that the construction of CEC’s new headquarters, launched in 2017, is funded by the European Union and implemented by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. All construction and set up works are expected to be completed within few months.
