The Central Elections Commission (CEC) announced that a total of 15 list nomination applications have been submitted to compete in the upcoming 2021 Legislative Council elections as of the end of the day on Monday, March 29th.

The Central Elections Commission (CEC) and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) signed a grant agreement today in the amount of 899,000 USD in support of the upcoming 2021 Palestinian elections.

The Central Elections Commission (CEC) Chairman, Hanna Nasir, received a Jordanian delegation from the Independent Election Commission (IEC) today, headed by Khaled Al-Kalaldeh, at the CEC headquarters in Al-Bireh. 
 

The Central Elections Commission (CEC) declared in a press release published today that at this stage it will only publish the number of lists which submitted their nominations for the 2021 legislative elections, without disclosing the lists names or the names of their candidates. Lists which disclose their names and the names of their candidates do so on their own responsibility.
