The CEC attends the Presidential Elections in Uzbekistan
The Central Elections Commission (CEC) – Palestine, represented by its CEO; Chairman of the Executive Office of the Arab Electoral Management Bodies (ArabEMBs); Mr. Hisham Kuhail, participated in monitoring the flow of the presidential elections in Uzbekistan.
The Arab delegation participating in this mission visited a number of polling centers in the Uzbek capital, Tashkent, to monitor the flow and procedures of voting, as well as the styles and techniques adopted in the mechanisms of voting and counting votes.
It is worth mentioning that casting ballots for the presidential elections in Uzbekistan was carried out yesterday, with the participation of approximately 20 million voters, to select one of four presidential candidates, among whom is the current president Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
