CEC Chairman receives the Jordanian election observation delegation

CEC Chairman, Dr. Hanna Nasir, received today members of the Jordanian observation delegation to the 2017 local elections at CEC’s premises in Al-Bireh.

The delegation included Dr. Sa’ad Al-Shihab, Governor of the Capital,  Dr. Zuhair Abu Faris, the Head of the Executive Office of the Arab EMBs and member of the Independent Elections Commission, Mr. Mohammad Al-I dawn from the Ministry of Interior, Mr. Mohammad Hunaiti from the Independent Elections Commission and Mr. Mahmoud Krishan from the Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs.

Dr. Nasir welcomed the delegation visiting Palestine to monitor elections and briefed them on the latest developments of the electoral process.

On their part, the guests expressed their happiness for the visit and appreciation to CEC’s efforts in facilitating the mission of Jordanian observers.
