CEC Chairman meets with the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China

Today, CEC Chairman Dr. Hanna Nasir met with the Ambassador of the Peoples’ Republic of China to the State of Palestine, Mr. Chen Xingzhong at CEC premises in Al-Bireh.

Mr. Xingzhong discussed the long standing history of cooperation between the Republic of China and Palestine, stressing the Republic’s faith in the Palestinian cause and support to the Palestinian People.

The Meeting also tackled recent developments with regards to Local Elections following the latest Supreme Courts’ resolution. Dr. Nasir stressed CEC’s keenness to conduct elections according to the highest standards of impartiality, integrity and transparency.
