The Central Elections Commission (CEC) met this evening to review and process the received nomination applications for the 2019 rerun of local council elections.
The CEC accepted all of the 31 submitted nomination applications for meeting the legal nomination requirements according to law.
The preliminary register of electoral lists and their candidates will be published tomorrow at CEC’s Website: www.elections.ps, CEC’s district offices and premises of local councils to enable citizens to review nomination data and object to the nomination of a list or candidate.
