Central Elections Commission

Presidential Decrees

The law grants the President with authorities related to elections. Those powers include the appointment of the Central Elections Commission, the declaration of the date for elections, and the appointment of the members of the Election Cases Court. The Presidential decrees and decisions also clarify elections procedures and assign elections dates as well as amendments to laws.
