Having reviewed Elections Law No. 5 of 1995 concerning the transference of Powers and Authorities; and
Elections Law No. 13 of 1995, and

Based upon the powers bestowed in us and the public interest

I hereby decree the following:

Article (1)

The registration and preparation of the voters’ list shall commence on Saturday, September 4th, 2004.

Article (2)

The preliminary voters’ list shall be published for challenge from November 20th until November 25th, 2005.

 Article (3)

All competent authorities shall implement this Decree. The Decree shall enter into force upon its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
