Presidential Decree No12 of 2004 on the appointment of Judge Hisahm Al-Hato

President of the Palestinian National Authority
 
Having reviewed the amended Basic Law;
Elections Law No. 13 of 1995;
Elections Law No. 16 of 1995; and 
Presidential Decree No. 11 dated November 24, 2004, and

Based upon the powers bestowed upon me
 
I hereby decree the following:

Article (1)

Judge Hisham Robin al-Hato shall be appointed as a member in the Election Appeals Court and shall replace Judge Mustafa al- Qaq.

Article (2)

All competent Authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall implement this Decree. The Decree shall enter into force upon its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
